Supporting Mental Health: Online Support

The websites below are here to support you and your child’s mental health and wellbeing at home. They offer trusted advice, practical tools, and access to support, helping young people understand their feelings and know where to turn.

Helplines and Immediate Support 

Sometimes young people need support straight away, especially if they are feeling overwhelmed or finding things difficult. Helplines and text services provide free, confidential support when it is needed most.

Encourage your child to reach out by talking to yourself or a trained listener, who will help them feel heard in challenging moments.
