Congratulations to the Year 7 Indoor Athletics Sports Team who competed in the South West Surrey Championship yesterday at Woolmer Hill where the top four teams qualify for the County finals later in the year.
Another group of Year 10s were being inspired today, this time at Cambridge University.
An excited group of Year 10s tour Oxford University on a taster day with Mr Blount, Head of Year and Miss Noonan, Deputy Headteacher.

This Tuesday 7th February see’s the return of our termly House Day with even more activities for the students to earn house points for their houses. Activities on the day include Girls’ Football, Boys’ Handball, Assault Courses, Short Story Competition, Warhammer, Karaoke and many more.
There will also be the second leg of the St Peters Bake Off which RO won comfortably last term! All proceeds going to each of the House Charities.
House Shirts are to be worn on the day and the girls and boys in the sport competitions need to remember their sports kit and football boots.
Last night three Year 9 students represented the school at the annual Rotary Youth Speaks competition at the Guildhall.

Congratulations to our Year 7 girls' football team who won in the first round of the National cup with a 4-3 win over Bohunt school from Reading. The St Peters goals were scored by 7FR's (Immy x2/Scarlet and Freya). The girls involved were: Maya , Amy , Molly , Jess , Josephine , Erin, Immy, Scarlett, Freya and Sophie.
Congratulations to the Year 10 and 11 students who played their county cup fixture yesterday and beat Woodcote 2-0 to advance through to the quarter finals of the County Cup (which is the furthest this school has ever got). Goals from Aaron and Patrick sealed the win!
Congratulations to our Young Enterprise team who competed at RGS against the top private schools in Guildford for their e -advert and trade stand. We were pipped to the post by RGS who had seven teams and we came third.
Congratulations to all of our lovely Sixth Form students who participated. Mrs Thomas was incredibly teary and proud of you all!
Congratulations to all the athletes who represented St Peter's in the Guildford Cross Country Relays. Considering we were the only state school we did pretty well! The teams were Guildford High, The Lady Eleanor Hollis, City of London, Tormead, Prior's Field, Boxhill, Putney, Portsmouth Grammer, Highfield, Danes Hill and Surbiton.
The National Apprenticeship Show at Sandown Park is open to students and their families from 4pm to 6.30pm on Monday 6th March.
