The Student Action and Leadership Team (SALT) is a group of 50 students inspired by Matthew 5:13-16 to lead their peers in the Spiritual and Community Life of the school.

Meetings consist of "student voice", where they represent the opinions of their peers to school leadership to impact positive change. They also evaluate and prepare aspects of our Catholic Life throughout the year. Meetings always end with the team sharing a meal with staff and governors.

According to their individual giftings, the team also commits to serving the school through creativity, peer discipleship, fundraising and public speaking, and assisting SLT and the Chaplaincy Team with both routine and major school events.
