Today, the St Peter’s community - students, staff, and families - came together in gratitude and celebration as our Year 11 students received their GCSE results. These outcomes are a testament not only to the students’ dedication and resilience but also to the strength of our shared faith, the support of our school family and our Catholic mission to nurture every child.
St Peter’s students are celebrating another successful year of A Levels and BTECs. This year is record-breaking with a quarter of students receiving straight As and A*s. In total, 51% of the grades awarded were A*-A, with 23% of all grades being an A*. 74% of the grades were A*-B. As a school, we couldn’t be prouder of our students and we are glad to see their hard work pay off.
Mrs Rana-Brown, Head of Sixth Form, was thrilled! She commented, "I am so proud of this year group. They have proven that dedication and hard work pays off. We will really miss them next year but wish them well as they get ready for their next steps – 42% of them are going to Russell Group universities, which is excellent.”
At some point in your child’s journey at St Peter’s, they may require support to maintain their wellbeing. The Pastoral Support Team (PST) is a dedicated group of staff who oversee all elements of pastoral care at the school.
