Life in Sixth Form

Welcome to St Peter's Sixth Form

As Sixth Form students you are about to open the door to the rest of your life; whether that is university, work or a vocation. This is an incredibly exciting time as you hone your skills and talents whilst discovering your potential through new and exciting opportunities.

Here at St Peter’s Sixth Form, we are totally dedicated to helping you, as independent and creative learners, achieve the best grades and qualifications possible. We are also completely committed to being a community where you will thrive and push the boundaries of your potential.

We are very aware that we have a responsibility for your future and therefore we are fully committed to giving you the best opportunities. As your teachers, we will invest our time and energy into amplifying your skills and knowledge, in order that you can apply these successfully in an increasingly competitive area of the UK, which still has a significant global importance.

Our Catholic ethos is at the heart of our school. We strive to be ‘Christ to all’ which creates a caring community inclusive of all; an environment where you are valued and your achievements celebrated. The pastoral care and support you receive for the next step, such as exam preparation and UCAS applications, is second to none.

You are more than welcome to visit our Sixth Form at any time, to pop into some lessons and meet the students and staff here. We are seriously committed to your future and we will have a lot of fun along the way.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
